Account

A new bank account has been set up to distribute the funding for this project!

This is an obvious step, but somehow I have avoided this in the past. Over the years whenever I received grants/funding I always used my personal bank account to store and distribute the money. It hasn’t been a problem since I would usually spend the funds rather quickly. I would keep track of what I had spent using receipts and a simple spreadsheet. The trouble with this is that I always worried about accidentally using my art funding on personal bills. And since I am not spending all the funding at one time, it pushed me to consider a new account.

I recently saw this amazing media composition at the Park Avenue Armory.  Pretty great stuff!  Artist is Ryoji Ikeda and this installation is titled Transfinite.
